The start of a new beginning.

Today is the day that I leave Wessex behind me. I’ve learnt a huge amount as a Real-Life Features journalist, but today I leave and start some new challenges in the world of marketing… and finally allow myself to indulge in my passion for writing about all things movie-dom.

This website is my start of a new chapter in my life, and I look forward to having you along for the ride as I start to turn the page.

I’m Claire, and I’m just about to embark on a career change. I’m moving from being a real-life features journalist to working in the marketing team in a Michelin starred restaurant in Reading, Berkshire.

I am the author of a film blog, and on this website I write about things I love: film, books, theatre, and games.
